Historically it is tied to Ventimiglia and it shared the vicissitudes up until the present day.
Today it is divided into two distinct parts.

Vallecrosia Alta has two 16th century defense towers and inside one of them there is the Oratory of St. Maria delle Grazie.
The Parish Church of St. Antonio was restructured in 1737 and it contains interesting paintings from the Genovese school.
But the greatest patrimony of Vallecrosia is visible from the street: the Tempio Museo dell’Italia that sings.
